New Orleans, LA- The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Lady Lions basketball team shows that there is still work to be done even though school may be out for the holiday break.

In this home and home series with the University of New Orleans, the Lady Lions have traveled to the Big Easy to wrap- up the first half of the 2012-2013 basketball season before conference play starts on January 2^nd.

In their first meeting in Pine Bluff, Cassidy Wright led all scorers in the contest with 21 points. Asia Rhines-Malone added 10 points in Lady Lion debut.
The Lady Lions had firm control of this game from the opening tip, but a late push by the Lady Privateers made the score a lot closer with a 75-62 final.

Tonight's contest set for a 6:00 PM tip-off, at the Lakefront Arena on the campus of the University of New Orleans.
