Box Score Wichita, KS- In women's basketball action, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Lady Lions took to the court against the Lady Shockers of Wichita State University.

The Lady Lions jumped out to any early lead at the beginning of the contest, but the Lady Shockers settled into their game; the Lady Lions had their work cut out for them.

WSU took a 20 point lead into the half with a score of 37-17. The Lady Shockers pulled away in the second half for a final of 81-43.

Leading the way for the Lady Lions was Chigoziany Okwumbua and Lakendra Marsh with 11 points apiece.

Next up for the Lady Lions is a home contest against the Mavs of Nebraska- Omaha. Tip-off will be at 6 PM.
