Box Score PINE BLUFF, AR. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Lady Lion volleyball team hit .356 and recorded 10 aces to defeat Alcorn State 3-0 on Thursday night at the H.O. Clemmons Arena.
UAPB (6-13) won the match with set scores of 25-16, 25-13, and 25-17.
Ashlie Jones,
Audrey Sherles, and
Alicia Campbell carried the offense finishing the match as the Lady Lions top hitters. Jones posted 12 kills, Sherles tallied 10 and Campbell followed with nine.
Jordan Foyer led the court with 22 assists with
Alexis Lowe registering 11.
Brea Clayton led UAPB with six digs.
For ALCN (1-19), Kenya Parker and Shaquanda Hollis finished with four kills apiece. Georgia Parsons had 10 assists and Jaclyn Kuzniar led the Lady Braves defense with five digs.
