Brenda Jones was named Associate Director for Internal Operation/ Ticket Manager in 2023. Jones oversees the hiring operation, and the HR liaison for athletics, and manages all aspects of ticket sales and ticket operations for the athletic department.

Jones, an alumnus of the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff, began her work in the UAPB Athletic Ticket Office in 2013, serving as the Ticket Operations Manager. She was promoted to Associate Director for Internal Operations in 2023.

She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
