Quenton, a proud native of Pine Bluff, AR, joined the Golden Lions Athletics Department in August 2021 and has become a key leader within the external units of UAPB Athletics. He brings a versatile background in sales, fan engagement, external strategy, and revenue generation that continues to elevate the department’s visibility and operational effectiveness.
Before joining UAPB, He served as a Business Development Manager for Coca-Cola, where he managed more than 100 accounts and partnered with major clients to drive sales performance and expand market share across the Home segment. His experience in relationship management, strategic planning, and revenue generation has translated seamlessly into his work in collegiate athletics.
In his role as Assistant AD for External Operations, he provides strategic oversight for several critical areas, including ticket sales, creative services, fan engagement, and game day operations. He leads departmental efforts to enhance brand visibility by directing social media strategy, developing fan-interaction initiatives, and executing integrated campaigns that support revenue growth, attendance increases, and community engagement across all sports. Quenton also drives innovation within ticketing and revenue generation. He develops and implements creative campaigns for season tickets, mini-plans, group sales, tailgating, and on-field premium seating options.
He provides oversight and strategic direction for fan engagement programs led by student leaders, including the Lions Cub Club and the department’s mascots, Legend and Reign.
Beyond UAPB, Quenton is an active contributor to the collegiate athletics industry. He was selected as an Ambassador for the 2023 SWAC/MEAC Celebration Bowl and served on the NAATSO Sponsorship Committee for the 2025 NACDA Convention. He is a Mentor in the 2025–2026 NACMA Mentee-Mentor Program, a member of the 2025–2026 Learfield Edge Academy powered by MOAA, a participant in the 2026 NACAM 30 for 30 Mid-Level Cohort, and an active member of the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA). Quenton also maintains active professional memberships in NACMA (National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators) and NAATSO (National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales and Operations), reflecting his continued commitment to leadership development and industry engagement.
His previous experience also includes working as a Box Office Assistant for the Arkansas Travelers, a Double-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, and contributing to the marketing and operations team for the 2023 AutoZone Liberty Bowl.
He holds accredited certifications in Sports Marketing Northwestern State University and Sales Operations Management West Virginia University.
