Quenton Moore, a proud native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, joined the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Athletics Department in August 2021 and currently serves as Assistant Athletic Director for External Operations.
Prior to joining UAPB, Moore served as a Business Development Manager for Coca-Cola, where he managed a portfolio of more than 100 accounts, including national account partners. In that role, he was responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and developing market strategies throughout the region. His background in business development, sales, and customer engagement has provided a strong foundation for his work in collegiate athletics.
As Assistant Athletic Director for External Operations, Moore oversees several key areas within the department, including ticket sales, creative services, fan engagement, tailgating initiatives, premium seating experiences, and game day operations. He supports the execution of digital and social media strategies, develops revenue-generating initiatives, and works collaboratively across campus and with external partners to enhance the visibility and impact of UAPB Athletics.
Moore leads efforts related to season ticket campaigns, group sales initiatives, premium experiences, and fan engagement programs while helping cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors and community stakeholders. He also oversees game day operations for football, men's basketball, and women's basketball, ensuring a first-class experience for student-athletes, fans, alumni, sponsors, and supporters.
Committed to continuous growth and leadership development, Moore remains actively engaged in national professional development opportunities. He is a member of the 2026–27 MOAA Rising Star Academy, the 2026 NACMA Mid-Level Cohort, and the 2026 Earl C. Edwards Inclusive Leadership Development Program. He is also a 2026 graduate of the Learfield EDGE Academy powered by MOAA, a recipient of the 2026 MOAA Founders' Grant, and a recipient of the 2026 Mike Cleary Convention Stipend.
His previous experience includes serving as a Box Office Assistant for the Arkansas Travelers, the Double-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, and contributing to the marketing and operations team for the AutoZone Liberty Bowl.
Moore maintains active membership in several national professional organizations, including the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA), National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA), National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales and Operations (NAATSO), and the Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA).
He holds certifications in Sports Marketing from Northwestern State University and Sales Operations Management from West Virginia University and is continuing his academic studies while pursuing opportunities to further advance leadership and innovation within collegiate athletics.
