Prior to UAPB, Quenton served as a Business Development Manager for Coca-Cola, where he managed a portfolio of more than 100 accounts and partnered with major clients to drive sales performance and expand market share across the home market segment. He also spearheads creative campaigns for season tickets, mini-plans, group sales, tailgating experiences, and on-field premium seating options.

He provides strategic direction for fan engagement programs led by student leaders, including the Lions Cub Club, and the department’s mascots, Legend and Reign.

Beyond UAPB, Quenton is an active contributor to the collegiate athletics industry. He was selected as an Ambassador for the 2023 SWAC/MEAC Celebration Bowl and served on the NAATSO Sponsorship Committee for the 2025 NACDA Convention. He is a Mentor in the 2025–2026 NACMA Mentee-Mentor Program, a member of the 2025–2026 Learfield Edge Academy powered by MOAA, a participant in the 2026 NACAM Mid-Level Cohort, and a 2026 Earl Edwards Inclusive Leadership Development Program participant.
