Isaac Aselin begins his first year with the Golden Lions, joining the Sports Performance staff as a Graduate Assistant in the summer of 2025.

Aselin comes to UAPB from Washington State University, where he served as an intern with the football program. During his time in Pullman, he assisted with daily weight room and training sessions, on-field sprint and conditioning work, and return-to-play protocols for injured athletes. He also contributed to performance analytics through GPS technology tracking and data evaluation.

Aselin played a key role in supporting Washington State’s return to postseason competition, helping the Cougars earn their first bowl game appearance in three years.
A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Aselin brings a strong background in athlete development and performance optimization.

Before beginning his coaching career, Aselin was a four-year member of the Washington State men’s rowing team, helping the program achieve multiple top-12 national finishes and capture a Pac-12 medal in 2022. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Washington State in 2025.
