2008-09: Received a certificate of merit from his high school for being a finalist in the Kapsunde National for the 3k. Personal best is 30:32 for the 10k and 24:41 for the 8k.

Outlook: Geoffrey’s arrival is something that has been in the works for two years. His coming to UAPB only adds to the strength of the Golden Lion Distance group. He will bring an attitude in which the goals will step up as he looks past the SWAC towards qualifying for the NCAA Championships.
