UAPB/AM&N Alumni Association Extends Heartfelt Thanks to 2026 Royal Court for Supporting Student Scholarships

Royal Court participants, alumni, donors and supporters recognized for their generosity, dedication and commitment to investing in future Golden Lions

PINE BLUFF, AR. — The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB)/Arkansas AM&N Alumni Association extends its sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to the 2026 Royal Court, alumni, family members, friends, donors and community supporters for their outstanding dedication and generosity in supporting scholarship fundraising efforts for deserving UAPB students.

Under the theme "A Different Roar," this year's Royal Court demonstrated that the true meaning of royalty extends far beyond crowns and titles. It is reflected in service, leadership, generosity and a commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of students.

The Alumni Association proudly congratulates and thanks (2026 King & Queen) Mr. Alumni Parish Lowery and Ms. Alumni Sharonda Lowery for their leadership, dedication and commitment to representing the Golden Lion family.

The association also extends special appreciation to the distinguished members of the 2026 Royal Court:

  • First Runners-Up: Dr. Maron King and Dr. Kristy Queen
  • Second Runners-Up: Kevis "Mack" McArthur and Kimberly Boyd

Each participant played an important role in promoting alumni engagement, encouraging community support and helping raise funds dedicated to student scholarships at UAPB.

While the Royal Court recognizes individuals for their participation and achievements, the greatest winners are the students who will benefit from the generosity and commitment demonstrated throughout this initiative.

The funds raised through this effort will help provide scholarship opportunities, ease financial burdens and support students as they work toward earning their degrees and achieving their educational goals.

The UAPB/AM&N Alumni Association recognizes that the success of this initiative would not have been possible without the countless individuals who contributed their time, resources and financial support.

From alumni and local businesses to family members, friends and community partners, every contribution represented a meaningful investment in the future of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

"This year's Royal Court has shown what can be accomplished when Golden Lions come together for a greater purpose. We are extremely grateful to each participant and every individual who supported their fundraising efforts. Your generosity is not simply a donation; it is an investment in a student's education, future and opportunity to succeed. We thank you for continuing to believe in UAPB and the power of giving back."

The Alumni Association also commends the Royal Court participants for their willingness to serve as ambassadors of the university while strengthening relationships throughout the alumni community.

Their dedication reflects the longstanding tradition of Golden Lions supporting Golden Lions and reinforces the importance of alumni involvement in the continued growth and success of UAPB.

To our 2026 Royal Court: Thank you for your commitment, your leadership, your generosity and your willingness to answer the call to serve.

To our donors and supporters: Thank you for believing in our students, investing in their dreams and helping create opportunities that will have an impact for years to come.

As the association celebrates the contributions of the 2026 Royal Court, it looks forward to building upon this spirit of generosity and encouraging even greater alumni participation in future scholarship fundraising initiatives.

The UAPB/AM&N Alumni Association remains committed to honoring the university's proud history while creating pathways of opportunity for future generations.

Because of your generosity, the Golden Lion legacy continues to grow stronger.

Thank you for making the 2026 Royal Court a celebration of purpose, pride and giving.

It's A Different Roar!
