Pine Bluff, AR. – The Division I Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association (FCS ADA) has announced its Executive Committee for the 2025-26 membership year, and Chris Robinson, Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB), has been selected to serve a second term.
Robinson joins a distinguished group of athletics directors from across the nation tasked with shaping the vision, growth, and advocacy of FCS football at the national level. His reappointment reflects the confidence of his peers in his leadership and his commitment to advancing both UAPB and the broader FCS community.


A Growing Leadership Role in College Athletics
The FCS ADA Executive Committee will be led by Kurt McGuffin, director of athletics at the University of Tennessee Martin, who will serve as President for 2025-26. Supporting him are:
  • 1st Vice President: Sherryta Freeman, Lafayette College
  • 2nd Vice President: Skip Perkins, North Carolina Central University
  • 3rd Vice President: Bill Chaves, University of North Dakota
  • Immediate Past President: Mark Benson, University at Albany
In addition to Robinson, those returning for a second term on the Executive Committee include: John Mack (Princeton University), Jonathan Terrell (Nicholls State University), and Ken Beazer (Utah Tech University).
Other members of the 2025-26 Executive Committee are: Mark Orr (Sacramento State), Jude Killy (University of Maine), Nathan Christensen (Indiana State University), Tim Murray (Marist College), and Mark Wharton (University of Tennessee Chattanooga). Beth DeBauche, commissioner of the Ohio Valley Conference, will continue as the Association's Commissioner Representative.
