Baseball Falls To UCA

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff baseball team lost at home to Central Arkansas 13-3 Tuesday at the Torii Hunter Baseball Complex at Bill Jones Field.

The Golden Lions got on the board in the third inning. Ryan Mallison was hit by a pitch, and Austin Krzmenski walked to lead off the inning. Following a wild pitch, Mallison scored on Jarficur Parker groundout.

In the seventh, Brandon Simon singled with one out, before Mallison walked. Krzmeminski then doubled down the left field line to score Simon. Parker then lifted a sacrifice fly to left, scoring Mallison.
