Box Score NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Arkansas at Pine Bluff baseball team posted its first win of the year Sunday in an 11-1 victory in seven innings over Florida A&M on the final day of the Andre Dawson Classic.

Nick Kreutzer homered twice and drove in three runs, Larry Sims had three hits including a homer and two RBI. Sergio Esparza got the win on the mound, pitching five innings allowing one run on six hits, walking two and striking out four.

UAPB (1-2) got on the board with three runs in the second, all with two outs. Kreutzer homered on a 0-1 pitch inside the right field foul pole. Following an Andrew Szalkowski walk, Sims homered to left on a 1-0 pitch for a 3-0 lead.

In the third, Kreutzer's two-run homer to left highlighted the four-run inning for a 7-0 lead.

UAPB returns to action Wednesday at Texas Arlington at 6:30 p.m.
