PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas -  The eighth seed University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Lady Lions soccer team fell to the number one seed Grambling State University in the first round of the Southwestern Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Tournament in Texas. Five seniors played their final match in a UAPB uniform.

Game Notes
-With the loss, the Lady Lions were eliminated from the SWAC Women's Soccer Tournament 
-UAPB returned to the SWAC tournament just one year after not making it
-The score was tied nil-nil at halftime
-This was the second time the two teams faced each other in less than one week, with the Lady Tigers winning both contests by the score of 3-0
-Mariah Johnson, Karissa Fenwick, Cierra Fenwick, Victoria Bresler and Rebecca Holmes played their final match in a UAPB jersey
-UAPB goal keeper Sariah Orocu finished the match with two saves and three goals allowed
-Grambling used two different goal keepers in the match (switched at halftime) as both produced clean sheets
-UAPB was the number eight seed in the tournament while Grambling is the number one seed
-The Lady Tigers finished as SWAC regular season champions
-UAPB had one shot in the second half and one corner kick in the first half
-The Lady Lions produced five fouls while Grambling finished with eight
-UAPB produced two players on the All-SWAC team; seniors Karissa Fenwick and Rebcca Holmes both earned Second Team All-SWAC honors
