BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Southwestern Athletic Conference has released its 2013 All-SWAC Women's Soccer teams on Wednesday with a pair of Lady Lions making the group. Senior defender Molly Stone and junior Alyssa Cobbs were selected to the 2013 teams. Stone earned a spot on the first team among the top defenders, while Cobbs was the second team All-SWAC goalkeeper. The selections were voted on by the league's head coaches and sports information directors

Stone (above) has been a starter for four (4) years at UAPB. She was a preseason All-SWAC selection and 1st team all-conference in 2012. She was the Lady Lions' best defender this season.

Cobbs led the nation and the conference all season in saves. She was also ranked in the top five in the SWAC in saves per game and shutouts. She was also named SWAC Goalkeeper of the Week twice this season.
